Orientation Program

Jai Hind College organizes an ‘Orientation Program’ for its 1st Year students on 1st September every year. It is important to organize it because it plays a significant role in introducing college activities to the new comers. It helps them to find their way in the college for coming two years and also encourages them to adjust to the college environment. They meet with Director of the college, teaching & non-teaching members of the college. During this program, normally the students keep on understanding about the various cells of the college and their activities, infrastructural facilities, learning resources, teaching pedagogy, and college culture. They learn their role and responsibilities during college life and how they will proceed gradually towards the achievement of their goals with the help of scientifically designed ‘Pragmatic Approach of Teaching and Learning’. The rules & regulations, code of conducts, campus safety and the academic calendar are introduced.
