Internal Complain Committee

Objectives

  • 1. To redress students complains with a proactive approach.
  • 2. To encourage the students to study without any fear of being victimized.
  • 3. To process all the individual complaints and take immediate suitable action.

Mechanism

Jai Hind College has constituted an Internal Complaint Committee as per the requirements of AICTE.

The functions of this committee will be in the direction of dealing all grievances, problems and issues related to Students and staff members of the college. If any kind of issue arises in the form of letter forwarded by the Director of the college then this committee has to resolve the issue on immediate ground personally.

The responsibility of member is to help in exploring the issue, communicate with student(s)/staff involved and handled it. Member has to present details to Director for further actions.

Maintaining confidentiality regarding complaining person will be handled by the college. College protects interest of complained and take actions on immediate grounds to resolved the issue in a peaceful manner.


Method Implemented

  • 1. Students directly submit their complaint to their mentor or Director.
  • 2. In case of minor issue, Director will instruct to cell head to redress the problem.
  • 3. Students have the option to furnish their problem(s) in the complaint box. The cell ensures that their identity will not be disclosed to anyone.
  • 4. To make complaint free campus, ‘Internal Complain Committee’ randomly select students from the college and cell members inquire whether they have any problem or not. If students have any problem, then his/her problem will be rectified through a proper channel.
