The Mentor Mentee Programme is individualized, differentiated and flexible to meet the students’ growth in all areas of life. Key elements of this program include the following aspects.
(1). 10 to 15 students (mentees) are assigned to a mentor (faculty) of the college for effective mentoring.
(2). Mentors are matched with their mentees; college ensures to avoid conflicts of interest within their progress of study.
(3). Mentees can express their views, share their thoughts and problems to the mentors.
(4). Mentors act as foster-parents and provide guidance in any area of life to the mentees by providing guidance, counseling and advice in any area of life, especially in academics as per the need expressed by the mentees.
